Bill, walk around the block there are foreclosures everywhere, good luck dealing with the banks. Recently 75% of my inspections have been on bank owned, so they are starting to sell.

Yes, there are definitely foreclosures everywhere in California. Finding one at the right price and right location is a challenge, but I am working on it.
