I am a self taught wood butcher. I enjoy reading "How To" books and then applying what I learned. Usually it takes me two or three whacks at something before I get it right. I am retired from the Federal Goverment but still do consulting work. I enjoy woodworking and building stuff. I find this site and LumberJocks to be full of knowledge and fun to be a member of.

I am adding a workshop in the back part of my garage. The shop in about 15×40. I have added a bathroom, storage room and have just installed doors and heater. I have the sink/toilet/shower just completed. I plan on doing an Acid Stain to ...
