talk about peer pressure! Gee whiz. And I caved.

Here is a picture of the chimney that I can now see in my kitchen and the shelves that we put up to hold the appliances.

The wood for the shelves is made from my Mom’s old quilting frames. . They have the “centre” line marked on them and tack holes up and down them. It’s pretty cool to think of the dozens and dozens (and dozens) of quilts that she made on these frames in just the past few years.

Anyway.. there you go MrTrim, Dennis, Dick, Scott, ..
Peer Pressure I say.. peer pressure!!

Looks great, and I am very proud if you, Debbie, YOU TOOK A PICTURE for all of us to see how beautiful your kitchen is.

It’s coming along fine.

Is that brick paneling?

It looks similar to the paneling in our kitchen.

I guess I’ll have post our kitchen here too.

Only we refurbished ours over 40 years ago. LOL

But we still like it.

i’m not sure what the brick is. It’s textured and is about 30 years old.

Good use for the space MsDebbie, and you recycled the wood even better.
