Hey, I moved from Texas to south eastern PA (Bucks county) a few months ago, and I’m looking to buy a house. Half the fun of buying a house, from where I stand, is that I get to fix it up. Do you guys know of any good reclaimed goods places to shop at? I’m amazed at the amount of tools listed on craigslist here vs what I could find in Tx. So now that I’ve been bitten by the buy-used bug, I want more…. any thoughts?

“Habitat for Humanity Restore” at 31 Oak Avenue in Chalfont, PA near 202 and Limekiln Pike. They sell used tools, hardware, building supplies, appliances, windows, doors, paint, etc. etc. I’ve been twice and they always seem to be getting in some new “used” stuff.

-- DONE is a "four letter word" at our house, we don't say it often.

you can go to the local flea market. One of the local contractors always told me that is where he would buy back his drill and equipment after the guys would quit working for him. I guess it true I see him there a lot.
