A hot week in August – one Hell of a time to replace a leaky flat roof on a music store. The old commercial building was in really bad shape. The old flat roof was rotten and had been leaking for some time. The numerous roof repairs in the sagging roof left pools of standing water which still leaked in everywhere and ran down inside the walls and just destroyed them.
