I have put about 3k in to it so far and it will be about 4.5k when I am all done.well I have been working on this project for about 10 months(nights and weekends) and I hope to finish by the 4th of July. all the Big logs (post, beams, stringers, and treads) are black Loucest, the railing are white ceder,. a the deck is good old PT 2x lumber with a loucest trim board. My first adventure in refurbishing was in 1974. I added a 17×27 addition to my ranch style home in Northfield Village, Ohio.
