Part 2: Kitchen, Bath and Hallway Cabinet refinishing
Another issue we didn’t expect was the poor condition of the finish on all the Kitchen, Bathroom and Hallway cabinets. Part 4: Front Wall Surprise and Repair
The next saga of the rental house documents the front wall repair that was not planned or expected. I had contracted a carpenter to replace several rotted fascia and soffit boards during the replacement of the roof and also asked him to replace one piece of rotted 2×4 that I found on the front porch overhang.
