Happily married to my wife Sue for 42 years. Three grown sons. Recently retired, thanks to the economy. Resident of Southern California since 1962. Originally from Iowa. Served 4 years in the US Air Force during the VietNam conflict.
My hobbies included woodworking, home DIY projects and golf. The buddy icon is me sitting on the Swilcan bridge on the 18th hole of St. Andrews Old Course golf course in Scotland, July 2005. A truly once in a lifetime 7 day golf trip to Scotland with my oldest son.
I like all kinds of woodworking but have really focused on wood turning recently.
