exterior wall layers - 3 replies

I’m doing a project on our house and noticed that our exterior walls consist of foamboard.. then cellulose insulation… then drywall. Doesn’t seem to have any plywood/OSB or housewrap. It was built in 1995 in the northern Indiana. Is this normal. Seems strange to me.
