Water in well electric conduit - 11 replies I live in Indiana. We purchased a home last October.. it was built in 1995. The last 2 big rain storms we had water gushing into the basement through the electric conduit running out to the water well. Where do I begin?!? exterior wall layers - 3 replies I’m doing a project on our house and noticed that our exterior walls consist of foamboard.. then cellulose insulation… then drywall. Doesn’t seem to have any plywood/OSB or housewrap. It was built in 1995 in the northern Indiana. Is this normal. Seems strange to me. |
