It has been about 18 years since I had a shop, but building our new house gave me an excuse to set up again. Most of the woodworking will be cabinets and basic furniture and shelving for now. thank you for the welcome Pabull..I am new to the refurbs..I bought the house 10 years ago for 38 grand..had an appraisal last year for 66 G’s ..not a bad investment considering that I have about 5000$ out of pocket worth of materials to do the work..I also have three brothers and an uncle of whom were a great help to me in improving the value of my home..I am not done ..in fact I’m just getting started!!
