Ok here we go….weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee….......

Friends of ours asked us to remodel their kitchen…...in order to protect them from the ugly kitchen police I will call them Mr. and Mrs H…...............

This started as a simple little kitchen remodel and laundry room build out…....but ended up much more then that…
here are some before pictures…....

Ok be honest…have you ever seen good before pictures…..well no….they are before pictures they are suppose to look like that…..not as good as the after photos…....

Ok you get the idea…they need a new kitchen….Mr and Mrs H like to cook, they want a drastic change in the look of the kitchen, move the laundry that was part of this area…....plus they wanted some color…most of the house is the same color….........

So we talked budget, ideas they had, wanted and the ideas Mrs. M (the designer) had/wanted….....After some time we came up with an outline and layout….....then they started to pick items out, appliances, cabinets, countertops, lighting and flooring…...after heavily medicating Mr. H a new , I think the 3rd one, budget was approved…..breath Mr. H…in and out, in and out…..it will be ok…..Poor Mr. H he just walks around the house mumbling over and over “the wheels on the bus go round and round”

just wait until you see whats next….............

This is almost cruel…before with no immediate “after” gratification. I’ll be waiting on the edge of my seat! (Especially to here what Mr. H is mumbling or singing after every thing’s done!) It looks like you’ve got decent space to work with, though. Best work to you!

Oh, come on now! That’s not fair. I got all the way to the end and … left out to hang until the next episode. This is worse then a made-for-TV series!

Now that I’m done venting, have you posted the after pics????

This post is in regards to the Ugly Kitchen. I am an agent with The Tennessee Health Dept. I was going to close down and condemn this kitchen and put the residents in jail. Their inspection grade was -3. I am going to need to see some after pictures immediately in order to keep Mr. & Mrs. H out of the pokey. So, did Hazel the maid quit out of frustration or fear of contracting staff? Of all the clutter on those counter tops, I didn’t see one single bottle of Clorox or a can of Lysol. And here’s a useful tip, that big gallon of milk on the counter top, well it’s much better if you keep that in the refrigerator, just trust me on that. See if you can get Hazel back to do that huge basket of laundry too…..for cryin out loud!!!! Have some self respect…...what’s Hazel’s phone number, I’ll call her for you.

Poor Mr. H.
I think you should send him on a vacation so he doesn’t have to witness the process.

And oh what a tease you are! How long do we have to wait to see the next stage?

so when are we gonna see the after pics and have visual proof that that giant pile of laundry made it to the new laundry room and that room temperature gallon of milk made it to the frig? I think I see a fake butt in that basket of laundry? If so, the health rating was just reduced from a -3 to a – 4….tsk…tsk…tsk…

also eagerly awaiting the after photos is Hazel, she said she may consider being your maid again if the vermin who had set up a condo association in the old kitchen cabinets have since been evicted due to the remodel, and also the fly strips no longer hang from the ceiling…they would get caught in her back combed hair do and make a real mess for her…..

ok look…..been real patient about the Ugly Kitchen afters….the story on the streets is that the owners of “The Ugly Kitchen”, have gotten all greedy….had the new kitchen reclassified…after closing down the old Vermin Condo Association, (aka, the old cabinets, etc.), they changed the name to the “Movin’ On Up To The Sky” Towers, (aka, the new cabinets, etc.). Now they’re getting a PRITT-TEE PENNY for rent from the higher class frivilous vermin clientele…trouble with high class vermin, they all drive those fancy cars, they’re parked all over the new hardwoods…eviction notices have been served….when the clean up is complete, tire tread marks & oil spills, scattered wine bottles n such….only then will we get to see the after pics….These new high class frivolous vermin will be looking for a lively new place to live, with parking, so anyone with property that would accomodate them, they pay cash, no questions asked!
