9 posts in 5232 days Location: Washington State My wife and I bought our house about two years ago. This is our second house. The first house we did some remodeling to, the biggest project was that I replaced the old black pipe with all copper. The current house is much larger than our first and we are very happy with it. We have a downstairs laundry room and large playroom that is the current project. The laundry room is getting the plumbing moved so that the washer and dryer can be better located against a wall instead of oddly sideways in front of a water heater. The large playroom had a wet bar removed and the plumbing flopped around so the laundry room can have a utility sink. Now I am in progress of turning half of this room into our media room complete with electric movie screen set into the ceiling and surround sound speakers with all wires hidden. I have the drywall down on one wall and the ceiling. The screen arrived today. I will be doing the copper supply lines for the washer this weekend and then finishing up the drain for the utility sink. I am looking forward to using this site as inspiration for the laundry room and the built-in for the entertainment system. Latest Activity
