Home remodel 2014

Some of the work I’ve gotten done on the house lately. Still working on the upper cabinet, and the tile in the master bath. Shown is the kitchen, ready for the new countertops and the entrance hall wall, with vinyl tile above the wainscoat paneling.
Finally able to finish this. New counter tops in, corner cabinet with lower garage, & new vinyl backsplash. The wife is happy!

I have never seen the tile on the walls like that, interesting twist. Looks good.

Thank you. Many years ago Rubberoid tiles were used for back splashs and gym walls in schools, so I didn’t see why the vinyl shouldn’t work. It lasts for years walking on it and it’s easy to wipe down. We’ll see how it looks in 10 or 20 years.

Would love to see the overall picture for this, I’ve been thinking of what to do when we do our relocation and moving next month and the more ideas the merrier!

What are you interested in the walls or the kitchen? Little has been done since the pics were posted, as I slipped on the ice and tore up my shoulder.

All the projects that have been offered to the home have been weak and frugal. The fragile nature of the projects and http://www.writingserviceuk.com/ has been visited in order to promote the right and wrong things for the people for the future times

My kitchen cabinets have deteriorated over the years in terms of the carpentry as well as the sink concrete area. Do you recommend to just refurbish or hack the whole setup so as to extend its durability?

I’m getting a very classic feel from the kitchen with the new tile work. You really don’t see patterns like this anymore and it’s really quite fashionable now isn’t it?
