Before The Remodel and Demolition

Our house was built in 1984 and was a simple, ranch-style construction of 1100 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, with old carpeting, low ceilings, tiny kitchen and a breezeway separating the garage from the main part of the house.

We demolished the entire center of the house, taking it down to the sub-floors and reconstructing the style of the house to create a great room with 12 foot vaulted ceilings and spacious kitchen area.

We actually lived in the intact part of the house which included the bedrooms and one bathroom.

The photos show the house prior to demolition and right at the beginning of the project after the house had been demoed.
