Finished with the outside (2009), will start Phase II “the inside” (2010). We placed it behind the playground that was built for our sons over 30 years ago. In addition, it is located between my son’s home and mine. I can watch our grandkids play from my shop.
It has been fun working with the grandkids other grandpa on this project. We can be seen on the scaffolding in one of the pictures.

WOW! Nice playhouse. Your grandkids will get a lot of use out of that, lucky them. Great job. Looking forward to seeing the inside progressing

man there is nothing better then building something for your grandkids, i’ve got 4. the play house looks great. I’m sure the grandkids will love and love their grandpa’s for building it. well done

You are one really good grandpa! I wish I could make the same for my kids, but my wife is one of the most enthusiastic gardeners, she is crazy about the perfect look of the lawn and the backyard, so we are not allowed to change nothing there.
