All the floor joists on half the room were cut down like this…no wonder the floor was sagging.
Stone floors are much nicer with radiant heat.
Here’s where I found the vent ended, this vented 2 sinks, a shower, toilet and laundry. Right into the wall. Very nice. I vented it outside when I installed the bathroom fan and exhaust. Fortunately I had a knee wall in the 3rd floor I could work behind.

Beautiful choice on the slate tile. The colors are gorgeous! They go very well with the other colors. Good job.

This turned out very nice. I’m a big fan of trim, I love the wood trim in there. Wish I could see more of the ceiling. It looks great.

I really like your work and the project help me with my paper you are making. Wish you very good luck for your amazing work. As I don’t know much about such stuff but wanted to suggest one thing that doing work at home is not a bad idea. Some really good and successful businessmen start their work from their homes.
