Grandson wanted a playhouse. Specifically had to have a mailbox and a working doorbell.
Here’s the finished project.

Top of the line. You must have many hours and some quality materials in this project. Looks like a real estate investment to me. Well done.

What did you use for the logs?

Landscape timbers. They can measure 2’X3’ or 3’X4’, depending on where you are getting them from. The timbers were just sawed in half. Just make sure that you get all of the same size of timbers. Otherwise your measurements won’t come out right, of course.

That is first class! Are the timbers treated with anything to prevent rot?

They are fencing posts. They come treated, but not the cause carcinogens. Glad that you like it. My husband built another one and sold it to a daycare. They just loved it!

Landscape timbers, fencing posts, you can use whichever fits for you…just make sure no carcinogens.
