this house probaly should have been torn down that isn’t something i say lightly but it was close to the beach and had alot of charm but was a real eyesore on the street it had a 3 ft hole in the kitchen ceiling and the roof was mostly gone in the back of the house. with a very large tempermental lizard he chased us out quite a few time’s but in the end it was worth it almost everything in the house was recycled from other house’s a good friend of mine own’s a demo company and he call’s me alot he would rather not pay landfill fee’s so it benifit’s both of us even the kitchen cabinet’s were recycled from a condo on longboat key fl i was called by a contractor and bid on it i was shocked to see it it’s celline cabinet,s very high end with all appilances he had the prior owners reciept it was 47k with the granite i paid 900 for everything i’ll have to figure out how to post pic’s or a link to this i have a couple of helper’s and we do all the work ourself’s thank’s

You did a tremendous job! $900 for everything! Looks like you took the house from being on the verge of being demolished to a house you could rent to beach guest. It looks great.

Awesome! From trash to treasure. I’ll bet it took a lot of effort. Love to see more photos of the finished product. Nice white oak floors & baseboards.
