This is fairly strait forward, I removed a wallpaper border, painted, added T&G ceiling, changed all the trim.

Nice job, really like the ceiling work, I think I could do something like that on a room we are planning to redo, thanks for the idea.

Thanks, I’m a fan of any kind of beadboard, T&G, paneling etc. You can see the ceiling had some damage and that popcorn texture. It was actually easier for me to cover it all with t&G pine than to fix that. Costs about 1$ sq/ft so a pretty cheap upgrade too. The house was a mess too, none of the rooms matched style color or trim, so just using the same theme is really pulling it together too.
