This project is actually 2 projects, done within 4 months of each other.
The front porch had steps that were broken and falling apart, with no handrails. The owner is an elderly lady who needed to be able to get in and out safely.
I added 2 new posts, installe box style steps that were approximately 15” wide. The handrails were added for her as well.
Her son decided to paint it, instead of myself.
The side steps were put on to match the front, as they had an old set of stairs that were about to fall apart as well. Built the same as the front porch.
Again, the son will be painting these when he gets around to it.
