Healey House

Here is flip house (my first and possibly last) that we sold last fall. It was the ugly duckling in a great neighborhood. If I would have known what I was getting into I would never have undertaken it. But I learned a lot and actually enjoyed working on it. Below are “before” and “after” shots. Unfortunately (or fortunately!) we sold the house before I could get photos of the basement, which I gutted and added a bedroom and full bath.

You can see before photos here:

Bonykneez, looking very nice, you can not tell the “Ugly Duckling” part from my house.

It looks like a very spacious house.

Wow. That looks like the same plan as the house I just sold in Maine, except I had a covered porch all the way across the front. That was my last remodel too. If I ever get the house I’m working on finished, it’ll take the Natl Guard to get me out of it. Nice job. Thanks for the post and welcome to HomeRefurbers.
