The POWERMATIC PM701 Benchtop Mortiser ($400 OBO)

The PM701 Benchtop Mortiser has a quick-action cam lock that will quickly lock the fence into position with one 90° movement. This lock also features lock nuts, so once set they will not have to be continually adjusted.
